This small but comfortable home has amenities galore, is nestled on a double lot just 2 blocks from the river & 1 block away from a popular biking/walking trail. Sleeps 5 people comfortably. Unpaved driveway with ample parking for 2 vehicles.

Tons of shopping, antiquing, cute little bars and restaurants and lots of hiking and trails! My cottage is perfect for girls weekends, bachelorette or shower weekends, and ski trips! In downtown White Bear Lake. Walking distance to caribou, shops, restaurants & cupNcone. Home is an upper level with 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom. Guests must walk up a flight of stairs located in the rear of the home to enter the house. If stairs are not your friend you will want to pass on this listing . Home has smart TV with Netflix and local channels. Pet welcome for $100 a trip or $25 a night (whichever is less). There is also a charge for more then 5 guests of $25 a night.

There is an apartment above the detached garage where the owners live in the off-season (Fall through Spring).
