Feel away from it all, with tons to explore out your back door, while having modern amenities in a renovated, beautifully designed barn < 15 min to Stowe Village and 10 min to Morrisville.

Take off your ski or snowboard boots and hang up your gear to dry in the convenient mudroom, then walk into the bright and airy studio where there is ample seating. You can dine in or go out, we do have a kitchenette that includes microwave, small fridge and mini toaster oven, we do not have a full size oven. In the evening retreat upstairs to a spacious sleeping area that overlooks the entire studio. We live full time on site in the main house, the garage/barn separates us from the cottage.

Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Well behaved dogs are very welcome and will enjoy the walks in the woods. Covid vaccinations are required. The owners live in an adjacent house with their very friendly Border Terrier

At over 900 sqft, this walkout bottom floor apt has views of the property’s pond & woods. This apt cannot accommodate any animals as it is rented to individuals with extreme allergies to pets.
