The Kitchenette has what you need to cook a meal. Coffee, tea, and a small snack will be available upon your arrival. Enjoy partial sunrise views in the morning while having coffee at your dining table. Then enjoy the warm sunset and a glass of wine on this homes beautiful front porch. The master suite includes a luxurious rain shower and romantic sleeping area with sunset and rooftop views to the sound! Shampoo, hairdryer and ironing board, luxurious bedding and towels provided. Warm cozy fireplace with soft throws for the chilly day. Roku, DVD player, with a large selection of CDs, and the internet will be ready for your convenience. Art-Filled Industrial Loft in South Lake Union

This building is special. Situated atop an art studio dedicated to large scale works of art, the residences support the mission of Mad Art. One of ten 2-story lofts, this features 750sqft (70 meters square), plus a deck and access to a communal roof deck with BBQ. This luxurious loft designed by Graham Baba is a work of art. Polished concrete floors throughout, walnut cabinetry and built-ins, blackened steel wall accents, exposed steel structure, natural fir ceiling and exquisite bath and kitchen fixtures express a wholly Northwest material palette. WiFi throughout serving WaveG 1GB internet speeds and 4k TV with Amazon Fire TV. You have the run of the place! There are plenty of open closets free for you to use. I always unpack completely when traveling and I encourage you to do so! South Lake Union (SLU) is the center of Seattle's tech and biotech industries during the day. Have a relaxed evening at a great boutique restaurant or bar. It's walkable in every direction to Seattle's great destinations including the Space Needle. The SLU Seattle Streetcar (inbound) stops directly in front of the building. Hop on and get connected to Link Light Rail all the way to the airport or catch a bus to Capitol Hill, Ballard or Queen Anne. South Lake Union is a hotbed of construction activity and although there is nothing currently happening next to the building, the area is alive with workers during the day. Evenings are quiet and relaxing.

A washer(cold water only) and a dryer are in the Cartiage House laundry room.
