The basement is brand new with 9' ceilings, in floor heat, big windows, 2 bedrooms, large bathroom, tv and sitting area. There is a fire pit area and some seating for it. Beausite is 15 away and sells firewood.

In the evenings gather around the communal firepit and stargaze under the prairie sky.
