The "Hut" in Banner Elk NC

The "Hut" is less than one mile from the red light in downtown Banner Elk. Only a fifteen minute walk or less than two minute drive will put you in the heart of this quaint little town. Less than half a mile to the local brewery and only a ten minute walk to the town park. The owners are on premises and very attentive to the needs of their guests. Those interested in hosting parties should look for other accommodations. Strict no pet policy. The space will only accommodate two guests.

The Hartley House

Apartment in Cabin in Boone, North Carolina. Seven miles to downtown and App State. Quiet neighborhood, quick hike to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Pet-friendly, fenced-in yard, privacy fence, and entire downstairs. This space features a comfortable queen-size bed, a den area with a wood-burning fireplace, and a bar with many kitchen-type amenities. Private bath with a jacuzzi tub and shower. The outside space features a large deck, a hot tub, and a patio by the pond with seating and a fire pit.

The current pricing is for the almost 800 sq/ft. apartment only. Most of our quest can not believe how big it is. They always say it is bigger than the pictures show it to be. There is a full kitchen with everything needed for cooking and full size washer and dryer. Also a queen bed, and a twin sofa sleeper in the bedroom, and a a queen sofa sleeper in the living room/kitchen area. A level and paved parking area.
