This house is a cool older cabin that has some updates but maintains a nostalgic feel. Brand new HVAC throughout. It has a large screened porch, firepit, wood burning fire place and includes access to the community dock. The house is 3 bedrooms, but has a large loft with a queen bed and 4 twin beds. Can sleep 10 or more. It is a (relatively) short walk down to the lake and community dock. Very close to Sugar Hollow Retreat. Close to Villa Nove Vineyards, Watauga Lake Winery.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids). But no large gathering or parties
