Stay in style right on the ocean -Simply the BEST!

Take a look at the fabulous view from our unit, you will hear the waves every minute of every day. Your patio is so close to the ocean that you can actually throw a coconut and hit the water. I have done it! This is the PERFECT location for your stay in America's Tropical Paradise. We just finished updating this unit in April ‘21 with new kitchen tile, new fridge, new cookware, dishware and kitchen utensils, Smart TV. You will NOT find a nicer condo for this price anywhere on the island.

Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Suite centrally located. All races/religions are welcomed. Smoking is not allowed in the suite, or on the property. So if you do smoke, you can do so off Property. The owners, who live upstairs in the main house on the property, are fun loving, warm, welcoming, and are available at anytime for questions to help make your stay enjoyable. Freshly renovated and cozy, this one bedroom apartment is super comfortable and places you in a perfect spot between the country beaches and shopping hub of Charlotte Amalie. My place is close to the city center, shopping center, movie theater, 15 Minutes away from the world famous Magen's Bay & 15 minutes away from Main Street, Charlotte Amalie. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Back up generator on premises.

Mar Brisa

This unique space includes one bedroom with one bath and an outdoor shower. There is a small dorm fridge, microwave and coffee maker. You will need to bring paper goods for light meals. We will supply coffee mugs and cutlery. Walk out the door and down the path to go to the beach. We are very close. Just go down once you make a right at bottom of our path. We have some masks and fins to use. Also other water toys. Ask if you want to use.

Located on Water Bay at the eastern end of St. Thomas, this beachside location is nestled in a cove fringed by waving palm trees. It’s the perfect escape for anyone with a sense of adventure looking for music and fun on vacation! Due to Covid-19, some amenities such as the hot tub will be unavailable. The staff can close amenities at any time for the safety of guest and staff.
