Parking is steps away to drive to our amazing beaches or take a leisurely 5 minute stroll downtown to the waterfront or enjoy world class dining, shopping and parks, so rental cars are optional. Caribia Cottage is located in a private Estate with access only through an electronic gate. The spectacular panoramic view of the St. Thomas Harbor is unforgettable and one which many a famous star toasted to when the property was formerly owned by a celebrated Broadway Producer. Walk just two steps from the Cottage into the spacious swimming pool. Enjoy gazing at the busiest Harbor in the Caribbean, as the mega yachts, seaplanes and cruise ships come and go.

Mar Brisa

This unique space includes one bedroom with one bath and an outdoor shower. There is a small dorm fridge, microwave and coffee maker. You will need to bring paper goods for light meals. We will supply coffee mugs and cutlery. Walk out the door and down the path to go to the beach. We are very close. Just go down once you make a right at bottom of our path. We have some masks and fins to use. Also other water toys. Ask if you want to use.

An Island Getaway - Close to Airport

The Island Getaway is located in the hills of Estate Santa Maria, in a quiet gated community called Crystal Landing on the Northwest area of St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands. The unit overlooks Santa Maria Bay and is approximately 7 minutes to John Brewers Beach and the University of the Virgin Islands by car. This stand alone unit offers a wraparound balcony and private driveway which can comfortably accommodate parking for 3 cars.
