Surry Hills is one of the city's most vibrant suburbs, with many of Sydney's major attractions just a walk away. Cafes, bars, restaurants, and a mini supermarket and liquor store are all within 150 metres. Please note that I live directly above the apartment, so just a friendly reminder that this is not a party or event rental.

Staying here feels like a private refuge which is airy, open and steeped in green surrounds whilst being a perfect base for exploring hip Redfern and Inner Sydney. Redfern Station is a 5 min walk away, 10 to Central, and moments to beautiful parks, shops, bars & restaurants of Redfern. Airport is 12mins by train.

Studio apartment completely renovated October 18. Very light, quiet with private balcony. New kitchen with Bosch oven , Bosch dishwasher, induction cooktop and microwave. All new furniture. Fast internet connection. Queen size bed with quality linen. I supply a box of cereal, tea, coffee, biscuits and milk. Sorry I don't have off street parking available. Building is powered by 38 solar panels on the roof. I hope to install batteries to make the building carbon neutral 6 month of the year.
