Grove Park is a leafy enclave tucked away in Toxteth, next to the Georgian Quarter. 5 minutes from town and the famous Sefton Park. On nearby Lark Lane there are a plethora of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to enjoy. The annexe has a bed that can be used as a super king or it unzips into two single beds. There is an ensuite shower room, a kitchenette and a private walled garden for eating/drinking. TV and wifi are provided. Off street parking and home cooked meals are available.

Little Oak - A unique tiny home

Our wonderfully unique tiny home ‘Little Oak’ situated within an acre of woodland and on the edge of the Heswall Dales nature reserve, it really is a special place and the perfect place to explore our beautiful area with incredible walks on our doorstep. We’re an outdoorsy family of 5+3 rescue dogs and having lived in the cabin ourselves we can vouch that’s it’s as comfy and homely as it is quirky and cool. Our houseboat is a unique experience Nestled in the heart of the city centre at Liverpool Marina Yacht Club . Excellent public transport options at your doorstep and a wealth of bars, restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. We have: Free WiFi All towels provided And a welcome pack provided also We have a comfortable sitting area with leather furniture. Two really comfortable beds with smart tv's and Netflix in all rooms. Can be met at the boat or self to check in.

The apartment is in the basement of our Georgian Town House and a 20 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, washing machine and double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. We implement the air bnb recommended enhanced cleaning regime.
