Chelsea Lake House, Game Room, & Pontoon-rental

Come bike, hike, fish, kayak, boat and have a fire right on the shore of the lake, yet close to picturesque downtown Chelsea (3 miles) that features bars, shopping, excellent restaurants and we’re a short drive to downtown Ann Arbor/UoM Stadium (18 miles). Welcome to Annie’s Place! Enjoy the sights and sounds of our family winery and vineyard, as well the relaxation of being in the country. Annie was my aunt and one of the founding members of Sandhill Crane Vineyards. She loved pouring wine for our guests, and they loved her wit and sass! We frequently enjoyed sitting on her porch sipping on a glass of wine or a cocktail. Annie passed away in 2022 but her memory lives on with her family and everyone who loved her. Have a toast to Annie!

Stay in a YURT on An Equine Rescue Ranch

The yurt is located on a 30 Acre Equine Rescue ranch. It is a 4 season 20ft yurt in the middle of the ranch with a beautiful view of Mustangs (American Legends). All proceeds from rental will go back to the rescue. There is electric, an outhouse a short walk away, a cold water spigot close by. Minutes away from Pleasant Lake for swimming, a local winery & 38 minutes from Ann Arbor. We offer tours and chances to interact with equines, including American Mustangs!

Welcome to our cozy apartment nestled on our hobby farm! Enjoy the tranquility of rural living with convenient access to outdoor recreation and nearby attractions. Our space offers garage parking, a concrete patio equipped with a grill, a bonfire pit, and ample space for various activities. We are pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends . Please keep them leashed as we have donkeys, goats and peacocks on our farm as well.
