Relax in the newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 full bath home with a fully equipped dine-in kitchen, spacious living room with electric fireplace, and dining room. Enjoy the fresh air on the back deck with Keuka Lake peeking through the trees. Take in the sites of the many trails, vineyards, breweries and state parks in the area during your stay. Your stay is directly next to a winery and right across 414 is one of the best breweries in the Finger Lakes, walk to either with care! Enjoy a camp fire out back of this cute little home. It is only about 5 minutes from Hector National Forest, 15 minutes to Watkins Glen Gorge, as well as 15 minutes to Taughannock Falls which all have a lot of great hiking trails for our fellow out door enthusiasts.

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

Historic but updated with the creature comforts you desire. The entire estate is a restoration in progress. We will always notify guests if any work on the main house, well in advance.
