Here in the winter? No problem! We have ski hills all around us! Our home is the perfect place to resort to after a day on the slopes.

Enjoy your stay at this cozy cottage just steps away from beautiful Cross Lake. This 3bdr, 1bath house features a 4 seasons porch so you can relax and unwind all year. Our large yard provides you additional space to enjoy the stunning view. From the first weekend of May-Sept 30th, you will also have access to our shared pier. Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing or other nearby activities: skiing, golfing and ziplining. Beach chairs/toys, fire pit, grill, games and folding chairs are also provided.

Located within walking distance (1 Mile) to Recruit training command (RTC) and Naval Station Training Command (NSTC) 1.7 miles. This home is perfect for visiting to see your graduating Sailors or if you are visiting Six Flags Great America, Gurnee Mills outlet mall. There are plenty of brewers, restaurants, beaches and parks.

Welcome to Mellow Yellow, an adorable home with everything you need. Located close to downtown Grayslake where you will find restaurants, bars and cute hometown stores. Walk to Jones Island to relax on the beach or head to the Aquatic Family Center for a dip in the pool. Enjoy nearby attractions, Lake County Fairgrounds, Six Flags Great America, Great Lakes Naval Base, and Gurnee Mills Mall, or spend the day in Chicago which is 29 miles. Spring is here, the flowers out, the treehouse warm and cozy, and the hot tub ready! Relax on cool evenings in our luxurious, very private, 4' deep cedar hot tub nestled in the evergreens, while the moon and stars swirl overhead, the waterfall cuts thru snow into the koi pond, and the fire table and torches blaze. The running stream makes this a wildlife refuge, with tons of birds, squirrels, rabbits, foxes and hawks. We are 420 friendly. Come experience the magic and make a special memory!

The newly renovated space has everything you need for a relaxing getaway—huge comfy couch, brand new bed with Brooklinen + Parachute bedding, pristine bathroom, and lots of amenities. Downtown Highland Park, Highwood, + the beach are just a walk away. There's access to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, and you can retreat to the quiet of your studio when you're ready to unwind. Ps. For the winter months: We've got heated floors.
