Palms Room-Walkable to Restaurants, Spa & Coffee

The Palms Room is one of two rental units available at The Mink Building in Iola, WI. The Palms Room is designed to provide a restful retreat with little luxuries like cotton linens and live organic plants. The room includes a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee bar. The building amenities available to guests include: a full-size kitchen, racquetball court/yoga studio, sound bath, laundry, and lounge. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops and a wellness studio across the street.

Cozy, Quiet & Sanitized

* Extra sanitizing measures are in place during the COVID-19 Pandemic. * My place is cozy, clean, and quiet with all the comforts of home! It is located half way between the highway and downtown. You will have the entire upstairs to yourself during your stay, including a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower, and an open concept kitchen, dining area, living room, and work desk. You'll also have your own private entrance and free off street parking in the back of the house.

Secluded apartment at Summerwynd farmette

My place is quiet, serene and private, and secluded. Hear the rooster crow or collect your own eggs for your breakfast. Head down to the private pond to try your luck at fishing (no license required) or paddle boarding. If you need to warm up, use the sauna or the outdoor hot tub year round. It is an easy drive to the interstate. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). ski Granite Peak. Hike the Ice Age Trail. Stevens Point Studio Apartment

Welcome to our studio apartment. We are about a 15 minute walk to downtown Stevens Point. We are also in an amazing location for anyone with a sweet tooth. We are a block from Belt's Ice Cream, two blocks from Carl D's Ice Cream and Popcorn, and 3 blocks from Heavens to Betsey the most recent ice cream parlor in Stevens Point. Let us know if you would like any special items in the room. For a charge we can make sure you have groceries, your favorite shampoo, or local jam to arrive to.

This space has a contemporary feel with a fresh design dating to the original style of the building. The original hardware for the pocket doors was found in the walls and used to separate the master bedroom from the living room.
