Great location! Located in a quiet neighbourhood in downtown Dartmouth. Close to the ferry, bridge, bus terminal, playgrounds, Sportsplex, grocery and drug stores, liquor store, bars and restaurants. It is a fully furnished two floor, two bedroom, one bathroom flat. This is the upper level of a duplex. There is one queen size bed in the master bedroom, single bed (can be changed to queen sized bed) in the second bedroom and sofa bed. All brand new appliances. One parking spot in the driveway.

You will be very comfy here, with your own private entrance too.

Lots of great amenties within 2kms, resturants, cafés, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc. We're under an hour to both the South shore and the Valley, and within 30 minutes or less to local well known beaches Perfect for a couple, or if you're a trio the couch if quiet comfortable as well!

The suite has a comfortable sitting room, with dining table, and equipped kitchenette ( toaster, microwave, coffee press, kettle), ( there are no cooking facilities). Off the sitting room is a cozy bedroom, and private bathroom.

A very cozy and peaceful place to base any vacation on the South Shore out of. Very close to hiking and ATV trails. No visible neighbors from the yard, lots of wildlife. Large parking areas. Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable.
