Newly renovated beautiful craftsman style home, clean, spacious and welcoming. Our home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and open family room. Our backyard is truly an oasis complete with tranqui waterfall, fire pit, and a patio. We are a 5 minute walk to Earlham College, 2 golf courses, beautiful parks and walking trails and a short drive to metropolitan areas including Dayton, Cincinnati and Indianapolis. A perfect place to relax while visiting Earlham college.

Supplied cooking appliances include a gas grill, air fryer, and instant pot. Mini fridge/freezer in cabin. Running water from spicket. New outdoor shower!Outdoor port-a potty .Also has area for fire, wood available to purchase. No linens or trash bags provided and trash must be carried out. No pets! The seasonal hot tub is up by the barn!

There are deer, turkeys and the occasional peacock. The pond is stocked and you are welcome to fish. There are also goats that live on the premise. The living space has two bedrooms and a pull out couch. All the living space has been newly remodeled. You are free to enjoy the entire 20 acre property.
