There is also a fridge for keeping your food fresh. Soak up nature while you hike the trails around Oak Haven Acres, a 32 acre farm in rural Iowa. For your security we have a trail camera at the beginning of the driveway that won’t intrude on your privacy.

Cabin Cove By the River

Take a step back in time when you enter our little log cabin by the river. Built in 1949, this cabin is a replica of the log cabins built by the gold seekers of Alaska. Though modern in most aspects we have retained the native charm of unfinished wood, rough, hand-hewn logs and naked beams. The inspiration for the cabin was found by my great grandfather who spent time in Alaska working on the Alcan highway.

Enjoy nearby adventures at ISU (20 min) and Seven Oaks (5 min), then relax by the fireplace with a good book. Watch wildlife from the spacious back deck with comfy seating and a gas fireplace. Whether snow falls or the sun shines, this retreat is your perfect getaway.

Tipton Towne View

This is a completely renovated second story apartment in the town's beloved and iconic building, previously known as the former Tipton's Drug Store. The second story was previously vacant for decades and has been brought back to life with upscale finishes throughout. This one bedroom apartment features exposed brick, original hardwood exposed beams, and it overlooks our central main street district.

Pattee’s Place - 2 bedrooms 2 bath

I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with Bedroom 1 on main level and Bedroom 2 on second floor. Please note, there is no bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. The laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. I do not charge a cleaning fee at this time.

Enjoy your next family vacation at Lake Cornelia! Live it up on the lake, enjoy yard games and unwind on the large deck while taking in the beautiful views. This remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath with dine in kitchen has lake access and its own private dock with swimming platform. Our cabin in the woods is a great place for couples and families to relax and connect. Nestled in the woods on 115 acres of land, there are many trails to explore throughout the timber. Enjoy watching wildlife, laughing around a fire, sitting on the front porch watching the sunset, reading, playing games, and stargazing.

Building has tons of history in Boone. It’s downtown by many great restaurants and a wonderful brewery. 10 minutes from Ledges State Park and 10 minutes from skiing at Seven Oaks. Visiting Iowa State University? It’s an easy 20 minute drive to campus or the events!
