This is a beautiful apartment that is 2400 square feet. It is above a tax business but has a separate entrance with a 2 car unattached garage that has one side that is available. This building is over 100 years old and still have the original charm of the century with the necessary updates for conmfort. We are excited to share this beauty with guests! Gowrie is a charming small town with a grocery store, several cute shops, roller skating rink and a pool in the summer. We hope you will enjoy it!

Our little Airbnb home has been completely remodeled , 2 bedroom , one with a King Bed and one with a Queen Bed . Kitchen is a beautiful butcher Block Tops and loaded with everything you need. Large living room with 65inch TV Large Backyard ( spring of 2026 is getting a makeover) My personal favorite room is the enclosed porch upfront where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a evening in peace.

I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with Bedroom 1 on main level and Bedroom 2 on second floor. Please note, there is no bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. The laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. I do not charge a cleaning fee at this time.

The Valkommen House is the original home on a century farm in Stratford Iowa. Separate from the hosts house it has WiFi, air conditioning, modern plumbing and is pet friendly. This is a 5th generation farm set in a very peaceful setting. Seasonal open from May 1st to October 1st.
