Ivydene Studio

This unique place has a style all its own. A self contained studio with a kingsize bed, kitchen and dining area and separate shower and toilet. Located in Weedon and close to Silverstone, Northampton and the many beautiful surrounding villages. With good transport links the studio has lots of places to explore, The Grand Union canal is metres away from the property. “Studio” is located in the popular Village of Weedon and owned by the Ward family. Spacious Annex in picturesque country village

In the heart of beautiful countryside, this architect designed building provides a homely stay for holiday maker or business person. The village has its own pub and is located on the geological edge of the Cotswolds with many beautiful walks to be discovered The living space has a very large lounge, good sized bedroom and own bathroom. It has great broadband/wifi meaning you can stay in contact with the World whether on holiday or working It has its own entrance and safe off street parking.

The Blue Barn

A delightful 17th Century barn, sitting in the heart of the village of Kislingbury. It is in a secluded position, located at the end of a private gravel drive, which provides off road parking. The barn has recently been converted to an exceptionally high standard. The Sun Pub and Cromwell Cottage are within walking distance. Kislingbury is near to the M1 and Silverstone Circuit. It is an ideal base to visit the Cotswolds, Oxford, Cambridge, and only 50 minutes to central London by fast train.

The Annexe Newnham, Nr Daventry, Northamptonshire

A comfortable deluxe self-contained studio in the village of Newnham. The apartment consists of a large open plan studio with a Super King size bed which can convert to two singles, a television (Freeview), a sofa, a fridge, tea (an extensive choice) & coffee facilities, Nespresso machine. There is also a Breakfast table. Upstairs there is a dedicated work area that can be used as a dressing room. By arrangement, an extra bed can be made up in this room. Plenty of books and games provided.

The Studio

The Studio is a light, bright and airy space, stylishly decorated in calm, neutral colours. Located on a quiet residential road, just around the corner from the local pub (The Maltsters) in the pretty village of Badby, famous for its stunning bluebell woods and beautiful walks. The Studio is ideally located near several wedding venues. Nearby Fawsley Hall is a great place to visit for afternoon tea or to relax in their award winning spa. Silverstone Circuit is less than half an hour away.

Beautiful refurbished barn conversion with 2 double bedrooms ensuite. Enjoying views over countryside and private gardens featured on the cover of Gardens Illustrated and Sky TV's The Art of The Garden. In a conservation area, Deepark Barn is the perfect escape with walks to nearby Fawsley and Badby Woods, golfing at Helidon Lakes, F1 at Silverstone and racing at Towcester. Cosy country cottage

Hillcrest is a stone cottage dating back to the 1700s set within rolling countryside in the quiet hamlet of Preston Capes. This peaceful and beautifully renovated cottage offers all the charm of a period cottage, with the convenience and comfort of modern living. The cottage has a private walled garden and outdoor eating area. There are several good pubs/restaurants within easy driving distance or a walk for the more energetic guests (Fawsley Hall or The Plough at Everdon).
