Dock Holiday on Weiss

Family, friends, fun, and sun! This beautiful waterfront home is just steps away from the lake, has a large spacious yard for outdoor games, screened outdoor patio with seating, a well-stocked kitchen, and a home layout that is perfect for spending time together. If that's not enough-the water views are incredible. With watercraft rentals, sunset cruises, and fishing guide services, we promise-your first visit will absolutely not be your last. Fully furnished including smart TV, wifi, washer/dryer, kitchen utensils and appliances, indoor/outdoor games, 4-kayaks and rafts available for your use. Large back deck with plenty of seating, spacious fenced-in backyard, 100' of lakefront and private dock. Plenty of parking with RV port (30amp). Great family friendly or group getaway. With all new flooring, new gas grill, outdoor wood burning fire pit, and a gas fire pit, you will find yourself right at home. Home overlooks wooded area with a short walk down to fishing jettys. Close to town, Walmart & Qualusi Winery! Please note that we no longer offer dock access.

Spacious lake home on water with huge porch & dock

Fine waterfront living with a expansive view of Lake Guntersville. Spacious open concept 3-level home. Kitchen with island opens to great room, lighting offers an array of colors and moods. Dock out front down a few steps with boathouse full of toys to enjoy on the water. Large bedrooms with king-size beds, huge Southern Living porch, den on each level. Boat, sun or hang at the firepit. Games include corn hole, pool, ping pong, and foosball. Something to do for everyone.

Life on the water is a unique sensation; the views, the sounds, the sense of peace. Our home is a 4 bedroom/3 bath escape right on the water with a boat launch, dock, charcoal BBQ grill and screened-in porch.
