My place is close to the beach, Midigama a famous bay with great waves for surfers from all over the world. Ideal for guests who like quiteness away from the common railway and bustling street noises. Our guests particularly enjoy the greenery and wild life in the garden and the jungle ambience with pick your own seasonal fruits and veggies as well as the friendly people and culture. It is a very basic but homely house with added security suitable for everyone; families, kids and nature lovers.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Palamu sits on a small hill overlooking our coconut groves. It's designed as an extension of the plantation. A thatched roof, mud walls, tall coconut pillars. 2 bedrooms flank the living area & open kitchen & are fitted with king size beds & ensuite bathroom. Open air rain-showers are an experience in themselves esp. at dusk with a brilliant sunset, swaying coco trees and cool running water after a hot day. We do not have air-conditioning.

If you are after the authenticity of a typical beach community, this is one place you must consider.Unspoilt by the mass tourism, you are 10-15 minutes ride from the busy beaches of Mirissa but once you get inside the Fort, it is a true Sri Lankan feel and vibe.

A shared infinity fresh water pool only for the use of the 2 properties within same the compound. Driver’s bed space can be arranged at a nearby location on prior request and charged separately.

Housekeeping is provided and an onsite manager and staff are there to assist you. Breakfast is included and our partner restaurant serving Asian fusion cuisine will deliver lunch and dinner to you should you require. The beach and a surf break are a short walk down the road (<200m).

The bungalow is air conditioned and consist of a double bedroom, a very spacious bathroom , walk in wardrobe , a kitchenette and has two verandas leading to a private garden. It is also air conditioned .D Canal House is an ideal place to switch off from the outside world and re connect with nature through the sound of flowing water coming from the stream and ponds of the tropical gardens.
