New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

STAY at Ahangama

STAY at Ahangama is a 1950s built villa renovated to its current standard in 2016. The villa is very spacious and lets in plenty of light, especially in the main livingroom area. The villa features a middle courtyard with a fish pond and a pool with a deck to cool off the usually hot temperature in Galle. You can reach Ahangama beach within five minutes (walking), and Mirissa beach or Unawatuna beach in 20 minutes by vehicle. The Galle Fort is within a 25 minute drive from our property.

Weligama is only a five minute drive away and Mirissa Beach is less than fifteen minutes.

Relax at our pool villa with 2 double A/C bedrooms and 1 single A/C bedroom—perfect for families or surf lovers. Just 900m from Weligama surf point, the villa features a living room, dining area, TV lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen. Fibre-optic Wi-Fi and parking available. Please note that only the bedrooms are air-conditioned. Meals not included in price. Cleaning can be arranged on request for an extra fee. Generator backup ensures comfort during power cuts.

Studio Aurora

Studio Aurora offers a spacious studio with sleek design, spectacular ocean views and direct beach access. Just steps away from the best cafes, restaurants, bars, beaches and breaks, Studio Aurora is at the center of it all! During high season town can be busy and noise from the local bars on may disturb some guests.
