Maddie's homestay is a private and spacious character house, based in Khandallah just 10 minutes to the CBD. It gives you great access to Wellington city, with suburban peace and quiet. Includes 2 double bedrooms (one with en suite), one small single bedroom, a separate main bathroom with a luxurious claw foot bath, open plan lounge & dining and well-equipped kitchen. There are two off-road parking spots and it is located within easy walking distance to the train and bus stops.

It is set upon steeply sloping hillside in close proximity of Wellington City with spectacular views across the harbour and to bush in the localised valley area. The house is accessed via a cable car and stairs. The house is lived in and offered for accomodation periodically while owners are away. Pantry and wardrobes will not be emptied.

Nestled within Marsden Village at the city end of Karori, this townhouse has everything you would like for a treat weekend away or holiday stay in Wellington city. Guests are very welcome to make themselves at home. The CBD is approximately 10 minutes away by car. There is a bus stop at the end of the drive with a very convenient timetable. Buses run from very early in the morning until late at night.
