Welcome to Wagtail Air BNB! Our little Wagtail Nest offers a private, relaxing and romantic experience. Enjoy a bubble bath overlooking the countryside, sip a coffee on the deck or sit by the fire pit under the stars. We are located fifteen minutes from the ninety-mile beach (Seaspray) and ten minutes from the township of Sale where there are pubs, restaurants and ample shopping. Luxury on Lansdowne

Upmarket accommodation for the more discerning! King bed in lovely surrounds with luxury ensuite and private lounge room TV & heating. Guests enjoy the adjoining private dining room & open fire. Firewood is unavailable but can be purchased from any service station. Kitchen is in the rear section but not available for guests use unless requested. A 2 min walk to Lake Guthridge & Botanical Gardens. The hospital only a 5 min walk and 600 metres will get you to the CBD. Come enjoy the ambiance!

Pelicans and swans by the water, wrens, rosellas and cockatoos in the bushes. You might see dolphins in the lake, or in the river behind us. We are on the magnificent Gippsland Lakes in the heart of the Victorian Riviera. It is true we get more sun than Mildura! When it is raining and bleak in Melbourne, close your eyes and picture winter sun at Eagle Point.
