It works really well for couples or small families who love a character cottage. It is not suitable for groups larger than 4 or anyone expecting a hotel!

Further afield you can explore the many North Norfolk sandy beaches and charming villages.

Marshview is a beautifully presented 3 storey cottage just off the quayside and a short walk to the interesting local shops. The accommodation is of a high quality and furnished to a good specification. There is a small toilet down stairs, a sitting room with wall mounted smart TV and also the WIFI. The kitchen has a ceramic topped electric cooker, washer /dryer, American fridge freezer, microwave, dish washer and washing machine. It is has lovely views over the pinewoods and sea views.

Welcome. Kiln Cottage, Blakeney, is our family home which we'd like you to enjoy. It's the perfect spot for a holiday or short stay within the beauty and tranquillity of the North Norfolk coast. This modern cottage, built with traditional Norfolk flint, is a moment’s walk from the coastal path, village harbour, shops and eateries. It offers total peace and quiet. I am afraid we are unable to accommodate children under 16. And we're unable to accept dogs or other pets. Parking for two cars.

Traditional cottage with sea views, old beams, wood burning stove. Ideal for 2 -4 guests, but can sleep up to 6 people . Please note, sofas and table accommodate 4. Quirky and comfortable. Tranquil sunny enclosed garden. Usually Friday or Monday arrival days. CLOSE TO SEA. Shared parking area for the row of 5 cottages. The accommodation is over three floors. Bedroom 1 (double bed). Skylark Cottage is a beautiful 3 storey 3 bedroom period cottage with first floor south facing balcony right in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea. There is a wonderful south facing patio with a six seater table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. The ground floor has a covered porch, open plan sitting/dining room with a newly fitted log burner. The first floor has a master bedroom with French doors leading out onto a full width south facing balcony with rattan furniture.

The harbour is just two minutes away with stunning walks out to the sea and ferry to Scolt Head Island where hours can be spent with a picnic in the dunes!
