Crabpot cottage is 60-seconds from Wells harbour in the heart of the town. It is a snug, self-contained 200-years old 'fisherman's cottage' built on the foundations of a much older building. It offers cosy living space, gardens and parking. Wood burner, central heating, modern kitchen, washing machine and WiFi make it ideal for short breaks. It works really well for couples or small families who love a character cottage. It is not suitable for groups larger than 4 or anyone expecting a hotel!

Continental style breakfast included. 3 night min stay July and August. 2 night minimum at all other times.

There is a wonderful south facing patio with cast iron table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. The ground floor has a covered porch, sitting/dining room with a wood burning stove. The first floor has a master bedroom with French doors leading out onto a full width south facing balcony. The second floor hosts two single beds

No 1 Boatman's Row is an idyllic former fisherman's cottage in the historic harbour town of Wells-next-the-sea. It is tucked away on a quiet lane, a 5-minute stroll to the quay, pubs and shops. It has one bedroom with a king sized bed and sleeps two adults in comfort. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove, parking, an attic room with views of the marshes and a sunny, south-facing cottage garden. The stunning sandy beaches of Wells and Holkham are a 25-minute walk away.

Completely renovated to the highest standard, perfect for couples seeking a peaceful village retreat equidistant from the North Norfolk coast and Norwich. This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.
