Chancers cottage is a charming character cottage in the heart of Wells-next-the-sea. The cottage has been sympathetically restored to provide a high degree of comfort together will all modern amenities, including private parking. The Picture House - because of the huge 75” smart HDTV, library of DVDs and collection of original film posters on the walls! It has been beautifully renovated into a luxurious accommodation, comprising of a cosy bedroom with super king size bed with a door leading out to a private garden. The bathroom has a huge walk in shower, loo and basin. The wow factor is the huge open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with island and a full sized pool table, woodburner and large comfy sofas.

Marshview is a beautifully presented 3 storey cottage just off the quayside and a short walk to the interesting local shops. The accommodation is of a high quality and furnished to a good specification. There is a small toilet down stairs, a sitting room with wall mounted smart TV and also the WIFI. The kitchen has a ceramic topped electric cooker, washer /dryer, American fridge freezer, microwave, dish washer and washing machine. It is has lovely views over the pinewoods and sea views.

Walter, a Denis Dominator Bus, is creatively designed and fitted with modern and upcycled materials, focusing on warmth and comfort. Walter accommodates four people in a double room, a small double sofa bed, and a single sofa bed. We can provide a cot. Ideal for two adults and 2 or 3 children. Walter is situated in her field surrounded by trees, with a sunken wildflower garden, Bar B Que, patio and heaps of outside space where wildlife thrives and the steam train occasionally passes.

We bought Malvern in 2016 and have lovingly renovated it to create a fabulous family home. The kitchen/dining/family room is perfect for socialising with friends and family and the 5 bedrooms and 3 luxury bath/shower rooms comfortably accommodate 10 guests. The house is perfectly positioned within the heart of the bustling coastal town of Wells-Next-the-Sea and is walking distance from the picturesque quay, award winning sandy beach and numerous pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops.

Skylark Cottage is a beautiful 3 storey 3 bedroom period cottage with first floor south facing balcony right in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea. There is a wonderful south facing patio with a six seater table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. The ground floor has a covered porch, open plan sitting/dining room with a newly fitted log burner. The first floor has a master bedroom with French doors leading out onto a full width south facing balcony with rattan furniture.

You will find yourself surrounded by colourful huts, golden sand and shady pinewoods, with stunning sea vistas from your elevated view. The hut is very comfortable and well equipped, guaranteed to make your visit truly relaxing and stress free! Please note - No overnight stays, day use only. To minimise the risk of fire, BBQ's and fires are prohibited on the beach and dunes.
