On the first floor you will find the open-plan living room/kitchen/dining area, with a comfortable double sofa bed. Plus large TV. Modern kitchen, including a Nespresso machine. Main bedroom boasts a kingsize bed, in the loft. The bathroom is roomy with a shower over the bath.

Private self-contained annexe, centre of Wells

Our self-contained, studio annexe - which sleeps up to 4 guests (one king, one sofabed) - is just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Wells, with parking on site. The annexe is situated in the grounds of our property. There is parking for one car directly in front of the annexe. The space includes kitchenette, dining area, lounge area, kingsize bed, sofabed, plus separate bathroom with a shower and bath. TV with Freeview included, plus WiFi. All linen and towels included.
