The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

This beautifully renovated eighteenth-century top floor flat offers stunning views of Wells Cathedral, St. Cuthbert’s church and Glastonbury Tor. The quiet central location means the Market Square, shops, restaurants and pubs are all a short walk away. A stunning combination of historical stone and beams combined with a luxurious modern interior give this flat a unique ambience, making it ideal for a long weekend to enjoy all that Wells has to offer, or as a base for a longer stay.

Bring in the day amid wood surfaces and classic cabinetry in a bright kitchen as you cook a delectable breakfast to enjoy on the garden patio. Sprawl out with a paperback on the sofa amid charming fixtures, nature-inspired decor, and hardwood floors. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).

Swallows Nest - Cosy Rural Apartment with Views

Swallows Nest is a one of two apartments in a converted barn, with stunning views of the Mendip Hills, and fields below. Accessed from a spiral staircase, it is on the 1st floor, and is completely self contained and private. The large patio has outside seating for dining al-fresco whilst taking in the stunning views of fields and the Mendips. Peaceful, rural location, but only 5 minutes drive to the City of Wells. There is plenty of off-road parking.
