St. Albans city centre | stunning new 1-bed flat

A new and beautifully decorated one-bed apartment with an additional double sofa bed in the main room. This spacious stay, in a converted listed building, is perfectly located just off St. Albans high street, with stunning views of the clock tower. Guests will also enjoy full use of the kitchen, washer/dryer, wi-fi, smart TV, bath, dining area, video entry and a separate workspace. The apartment is well kitted-out with cooking equipment, utensils, board games, cushions and blankets.

The Barn

A unique and tranquil country escape an hour's drive from London. Relax and unwind, gather with friends and family or explore the endless country walks and roman road on our doorstep. The Barn is set on its own plot of land next to the main house with a large fenced garden, patio area with BBQ and a horse field a few metres away to gaze out onto. A characterful building but totally refurbished and offering a contemporary escape with all the amenities you would expect at home.

Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor court yard with bistro table, king sized bed, sofa bed, tv and Netflix, broadband, walk in shower, nespresso coffee machine. Country pubs within walking distance. Babies, small children and well behaved pets considered - cot and high chair can be provided.

Part of historic Wheathampstead Place, owned by two former Prime Ministers, our ground floor apartment is modern, light and airy with 2 good size bedrooms (super-king and king beds which can be split into singles on request) with an additional single bed, or a cot, we can put up in the lounge on request. Master bathroom and second toilet. Parkingy for 2 cars. They are next to our home and well cared for.
