Suite No:1 - Perth Holiday Cottage
Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

The Grange
A beautiful character home with high ceilings, ornate cornices and 3 fireplaces. The house has been tastefully decorated so that it has all the modern conveniences while still having the appeal of old character. There are three very generous bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and laundry, and 2 living areas. There is a lovely courtyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture for summer entertaining. There is a fully enclosed backyard for dogs, and undercover parking for 1 car and 1 more bay.

Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.
