The Aspen Carriage House provides you with a wooded and restorative retreat at the foothills of Sleeping Lady Mountain to either relax, adventure, or just work remotely. Our 1,000 SF carriage house is tucked away in 5 acres of secluded forest, yet within 2 miles of all the Bavarian mountain town amenities of downtown Leavenworth. Our carriage house is also the perfect home base whether you're coming in to town for Oktoberfest, Leavenworth's Christmas light celebration, hike or just to relax.

Hansel Hideaway a "little gem" nestled under the canopy of the Ponderosa Pines. As you meander up the stone steps, you are enchanted immediately by its whimsy and captivating charm. This guest cottage is a separate unit set behind the main house. This delightful space provides a queen sized bed and a private bath. It provides a living area, walk-in closet and bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood two miles north of town. You can easily access the University, restaurants, and entertainment options. Mountain adventures await with local hikes and a full array of mountain activities. Our Manual will provide some recommendations.

Contemporary Guesthouse in Town

"The Shedd" used to be a shed before our architect got a hold of it and turned it into a retreat for writing, reading, and napping. The 800 sq. ft. guesthouse has a bedroom, bathroom w/ walk-in shower, small kitchen, dining nook, sitting area, desk, wifi, and A/C. Even though it's just a 7-minute walk to the village, our place backs up to the wilderness, with great views of Tumwater Mountain and Icicle Ridge. Best of all, The Shedd has many windows and lots of fresh air and natural light.

Silver Fir Loft, Ski In/Ski Out Carriage House

Modern carriage house apartment, located right next to the Silver Fir Ski run. This is a true ski in/ski out experience. You can watch skiers from a comfy chair by the fire since you are only about a hundred feet from the chairlift. No need to hassle with ski area parking lots or lodge food. Keep all your gear warm and dry and use the kitchen to prepare meals. Silver Fir is a great base camp with day and night skiing, and Summit West, East and Central are accessible by the chairlift.

Happy Place

Happy Place is state of mind on the edge of Lake Chelan. Private and isolated. It is a studio set up with a king size bed, sitting area, and table. The large deck wraps around for complete views up and down the lake. Watch the Lady of the Lake go by on it's 55 mile daily trip to Stehekin. Across the lake is the wooded and mountainous view of Slide Ridge. Happy Place is towards the end of the road on the north shore of Manson. Wilderness area extends the rest of the up lake.
