Our 1876 historic building is fully renovated! Located on the first floor is soon to be Sweet Connies bakery and breakfast location opening in 2024! Less than 1 block to the new Fiserv Forum. Enjoy the amazing patio. Lots of fun restaurants & bars on our street that run free shuttles to Brewers games. 1/2 block from the Riverwalk. Anticipate an electric, energetic night life. 1 parking spot behind the building can be rented if available for you stay. We do have a private garage a block away.

This unique home is private & close to the freeway. New features as of late 2025 include a completed game room, high end massage chair, updated kitchen & an outdoor dining patio. Also features an infrared sauna, weights & exercise equipment, 3 TV’s w/ gaming & streaming, and a classic game room on the lower level. Also available upon request are 2 grill types, fire pit, lounge chairs & super soakers. 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths sleeps 6 adults comfortably, guests 7 & 8 by provided blow-up bed.

This spacious property is ideal for families, offering ample room for enjoyment. We provide an exercise gym and a sauna, which guests are welcome to use at their own discretion. Additionally, there is a large two-acre backyard with a fire pit available for your use. You will also find an extensive outdoor dining area featuring two grilling stations, one located on the upper deck and another on the side of the house.
