This newly built cottage is located in a peaceful location. Guests will have sole occupancy of the cottage. It has a great mountain view and the dark night sky reserve here. It's only 45 mins drive to Mt Cook National Park, 10 mins drive to Lake Pukaki. It is air-conditioned and provides all the necessary amenities and essentials to make your stay comfortable. Two bedrooms with a very comfy King size bed and two Single beds. A nice bathroom is completed with a waterfall-style shower head.

The cottage accomodation is totally private set in a beautiful garden setting in the grounds of the historic school house built in 1876. 20 minutes to Methven and 1 hour to Christchurch international Airport. Not suitable for infants/children.

This cosy self-contained space offers a blend of comfort and convenience, perfect for your getaway. Charming sloping sleeping and views to the racecourse and mountains. Fully equipped the studio features its own shower room and kitchenette (ground floor) for your breakfast needs. Ample parking is available on the property in front.

Your peaceful retreat awaits. 1 bedroom with queen bed, plus double fold out sofa bed, all modern appliances, TV, free view, wifi, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Huge parking area suitable for boats, trailers and trucks, setback from the road. Only 5km north of Greymouth CBD and 1km to Runanga dairy & takeaway stores.

The Tower is a comfortable two storey, seperate building with an upstairs bedroom with ensuite bathroom. It has excellent views of the sea and the Southern Alps. A warm, cosy and quiet space with a private garden. Free Wifi (system fully upgraded August 2021) Downstairs is the living room / kitchenette area. Upstairs and downstairs are connected by external stairs (see photos). Awesome outdoor bath - great for stargazing (new Aug 22). There are balconies on three sides of the tower.

The Nest at Hurunui Jacks（户外浴缸和火坑）

So much more than a place to sleep - toast marshmallows around a private fire, take a bike on the West Coast Wilderness trail, kayak on our little lake! The Nest is a stand alone self contained unit with outdoor bath/shower, close to but separate from the main house. Set on 15 acres of private land, Hurunui Jacks has the Nest and a glamping tent nestled in beautiful West Coast native bush. A small private lake, historic water race & the Kaniere River are on your doorstep.

It is a Bach, which is a small modest holiday home. Great location, beach opposite. Hosts live on site. Nearest places is Punakaiki or Charleston, either one, a 15 minute drive. Fox River is 5 minutes away, (4.5 km), where each Sunday, over the summer, there is a local market day, crafts, food etc. We now have cell phone coverage. We now have all new floor coverings, carpet and vinyl. Also a new electric stove installed.
