Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

Modern 1 Bedroom apartment situated set along side my house in a quiet cul-de-sac with outstanding and uninterrupted panoramic sea views over Swansea Bay. It is within walking distance to the centre of mumbles (15mins) where you can find plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants or enjoy a walk along the promenade. You are close to some amazing local beaches within walking distance, Langland & Caswell or Llangennith Beach, Port Eynon and Three Cliffs Bay only a 15 minutes drive away.

La Petite Maison

Located just a few minutes away from Mumbles, our lovely little bungalow is the perfect getaway. Light, airy and modern. Restaurants, parks, beaches, shops, bars and lots more close by. A short walk down to Mumbles promenade and onto the seafront. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we have. We are huge dog lovers, so if you have a well behaved pooch please don't leave them behind, they are welcome too! It is gated and fully enclosed, with a private driveway.

Open the windows to smell the sea air and hear the sound of waves crashing on the pebbles below. On the start of the coastal path to the local beaches and the spectacular Gower Peninsula and just a short walk takes you to Mumbles with its boutique shops, art galleries and picturesque seafront restaurants. We welcome you to our home in a beautiful location, that we would like to share with as many people as possible. Situated on a leafy cul de sac, is a beautifully spacious and well equipped property, perfect for families, couples and groups. We love our property, so much so we have decided to move out to a nearby village and allow others to experience the same pleasures that we have experienced whilst living there.

There is off road parking and an EV charger.
