Petaloso Cottage

NO Airbnb guest fees! Our place is perfect for those wanting a peaceful, quiet country experience. The rooms are tastefully decorated in bohemian french country with chandeliers and the rustic interior of an 1800s barn. Our property is host to numerous bird species and wildlife. Nature preserves, trail and gorge hiking, public swimming, local wineries are minutes away from our convenient location. Cultural attractions in downtown Ithaca and Cayuga Lake recreation are a quick 10 mile drive.

Beautiful barn home in Danby

The house is built into a barn. It has rustic charm and modern comforts. It's situated in a beautiful valley with a lovely view. The back porch and yard are nice places for relaxing. There is a basketball hoop in driveway side. Dwelling is 7 miles from Ithaca , which is about a 15 minute drive. There is is no real public transportation, except for a bus that runs to Ithaca at 8am and 5pm on weekdays. To catch it, walk the half mile to the highway and flag it down. Welcome to the country.

A Tiny "Hotel" in K-Ville

Because I have an old phone and need to find a computer to answer your many questions, please be extra patient while waiting for me to respond. K-Ville is much more than just a place to sleep, it's an experience. If the dates you want are not available, ask me. K-Ville is off the grid with lots of charm, set in the country. It’s a group of tiny buildings built by me, with an architectural influence of the Victorian years. A place where you can sleep inside a piece of art.

Enjoy your stay at Studio 705! A lovely space to unwind & relax after a busy day whether it's work or play. This is a 325 sq ft studio with a cozy atmosphere. The studio is attached to my house but you will have full privacy with a private entrance & bath. We are conveniently located 10 min from Ithaca College, 15 min from Cornell & 12 min to downtown Ithaca. The cottage includes a well-stocked kitchen and living room with smart TV and free Wi-Fi.
