Stay at Netherwood in a classic New England carriage house converted into a guest house with modern amenities, including king beds and en suite bathrooms. Located on 85 private acres with great views this is the perfect winter get away. I am as close or as far away as you would like me to be with my house right next door.

Manchester a short drive. Hot tub available from 8am-8pm. Level 2 EV charger available for a $10 cash fee (and give us advance notice if possible so we can open the garage for you).

The "Rustic" cottage is furnished with a queen bed, sofa and dining table. There is a small deck with patio furniture, fire ring with wood supplied, and a gas barbecue. It can accommodate 2 people comfortably. Private with parking. Host in separate house. Wi Fi from Xfinity, but please note that it can be patchy. Roku TV WI FI connected to router.
