This beautiful barn apartment is located on Bayou Sarah Farms, Louisiana’s first and only water buffalo dairy. If you're looking to get away from hustle of the city, this is the stay for you! The space is surrounded by windows so guests can enjoy views of water buffalo grazing on rolling pastures beneath century old live oak trees. There is also a nice balcony to enjoy the views. Small kitchen with the basics. We also have a friendly farm dog, tiny pony, and cats- no animals are allowed indoors.

Melody House is centered in great views and family-friendly activities. Unique outdoor living spaces, ambiance and outdoor spaces. Enter on grade and then the rear of the house is perched above the woods in the trees. Golfing, kayaking, dining, drives, tours and good food and drink are all within 15 to 30 minutes. Authentic Motor Court

Cabins are prewar 1940's motor court with covered parking. Each cabin features, queen bed, TV, WiFi, small bathroom with small shower, original lavatory & fixtures in bathroom. Small kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Air conditioners and electric space heaters. Restaurant (Magnolia Cafe) hours are Tuesday through Sunday 10-3 and Coffee Shop ( Birdman ) on site. Come enjoy history with modern amenities and explore the beautiful plantations homes in our area.
