Spacious 4,000 sq ft house in quiet neighborhood

Welcome to our recently remodeled (Nov 2023) 6 bedroom/3.5 bathrooms house with a lot of space to play and relax in the house or at the backyard next to the creek. We have the fully equipped kitchen, the grill and the big dining table which can accommodate at least 14 people. There are three bedrooms on the main floor, easy to access, and other three bedrooms and the playing area are downstairs. We have beds for up to 20 people. There are two decks, one at kitchen another at master bedroom.

Just down the street from the Sunset Transit Center, where MAX gives you access to Portlandia. Easy transportation downtown to all of our foodie restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and more.

Garden Home Backyard Yurt Experience

Our cozy-comfy 4 season yurt is nestled under majestic trees on a beautifully landscaped 1/3 acre. Located in a quiet, safe SW Portland neighborhood with a park, hike/bike trail a block away. We are 6 miles from downtown, with beaches, gorge and Mt. Hood accessible for day outings. There is a full kitchen, a natural gas fireplace and complete electrical and plumbing service. The guests full bathroom is located in the home's utility room a short lighted pathway walk from the yurt.

Stonehaven is a unique Artsy home in the forested West Hills 6 miles from downtown Portland. Perfect for family and friends traveling together. Sleeps up to 15 with 6 bedrooms, 10 beds & 3 baths. Host lives on premises. Not a party house. Please note that the February wind and ice storms destroyed the back yard pond. The back porch is still usable, but has the "beauty" of the destruction of nature and not the beauty of the hard work of creating an elegant landscaped pond.

She created this spacious 525 sf. basement studio - leopard skin carpet, queen bed, sitting area, table, private bath and closet. Covid19 update: we thoroughly clean the house with Clorox after each guest. This house is located in a very quite neighborhood, with the backyard facing the park. A huge deck is covered and perfect for enjoying the tranquility of the nature. Fully equipped kitchen - you can cook family meals or you can prepare food for party. The dining table can accommodate 14 people.

The apartment is open and airy with a private bath, fully stocked kitchen and a wonderful patio right off the kitchen. It is a studio, so no bedrooms, but is very spacious at over 500 sq ft in the living/sleeping area. The neighborhood is 5 miles from downtown Portland, it is very quiet and great for walking. Close to shopping and parks.
