The king room is our smaller economical option at 220 sq. ft. It's made for travelers to save money and doesn't face the ocean. We also have 450 sq. ft. studios & oceanfront suites for just a bit more. We're a small historic boutique hotel in Fort Lauderdale Beach, 60 ft from the ocean. We have a rooftop terrace and 2nd fl terrace. We have free beach gear, free WiFi, and $10+tx/day parking for a small or midsize car. The main guest MUST be 25+ so families don't have to worry about parties.

Terra Foc is a completely private one room space. The hotel has a private pool exclusively for the guests of this room. Next to the pool there is a "ranch" with kitchen and terrace also private. We have 4 private oceanfront rooms which all have modern upgraded bathrooms. The air conditioned rooms have new comfortable Pillowsl Top Queen mattresses with cotton bedding. There is also a twin bed as well for a 3rd person. There is an open air kitchen downstairs over looking the beach with a refrigerator. There is also a small refrigerator in the room. We have Hi speed wi-fi cable TV A/C. We have grocery store, restaurants and bars less then a block away.
