Unique octagon home set over the South Fork of the New River. Large deck overlooks scenic river view. Open the windows and feel the fresh air and hear the river below. Steps to the river enable fishing, kayaking, swimming, river walking or a great place to watch the sun set. The cottage has a mountain view, large gated porch, hot tub, gas grill, and fire pit with edison lights illuminating the outdoor area at night. The cottage is equipped with keyless entry, fiber optic high speed internet, smart TVs, washer and dryer, mini-split A/C and heat, and a fully functional kitchen. The two bedrooms have Sealy memory foam mattresses (Queen).

The cabin is surrounded by forest with a main deck and an upper deck. Just recently remodeled and redecorated, we designed Sleeping Bear to be the perfect place for anyone to enjoy the mountain life. Fishing, walking, biking, hiking, tubing, kayaking, bird, butterfly, wildlife watchers and 35 -45 minutes to skiing.
