This basement apartment is 750 sq feet with a full kitchen and separate living/bedroom, and private side entrance. Includes dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas oven, full-sized fridge, queen bed with memory foam mattress, and a large desk, and WIFI. The 1925 house is in a historic neighborhood and a 10 minute walk to Purdue, Mackey Arena, and Happy Hollow Park. The owner (Zoe) lives in the main house along with her partner David (sometimes), golden doodle pup Forrest, and young adult daughter Suvi.

New ping pong table and arcade with 14 games in the basement provide the perfect entertainment for everyone! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Downstairs, the finished basement offers a king bedroom, a second full bathroom, a large rec room with 55" TV, a futon, a game area with table and chairs, a laundry room, and a dedicated work area.

Sunny 2 bedroom cottage with large backyard and patio. Only 12 minutes from Ross Aide Stadium! Walking distance from restaurants and bars. Perfect for families visiting the area or football/basketball fans. As a host who lives in the community, I am committed to using eco-friendly cleaning products that have no added PFAs. I maintain a natural lawn and yard without using harsh pesticides/herbicides, which means the grass isn't always weed-free, but is safe for pets and children.

Campus Corner apartment, walk to all things Purdue

Great location across the street from the Purdue Football Performance Complex. Ross-Ade Stadium and Mackey Arena are both less than a short 5 minute walk away. This unit is in the basement of a house occupied by the host and has its own private entrance. We designed this space to be used by a family of five like ours, but it has the flexibility to accommodate other groups visiting the Purdue campus.
