Converted in 2017 from a small barn (circa 1850), the self-contained studio combines character with tasteful furnishings. TOTAL REFURBISHMENT MAY 2025 with new kitchenette, flooring, carpet, wood panelling. Separate from the main house with security gates and 24 hour CCTV, providing parking, an outdoor seating area and views over the paddock of sheep and free range chickens. Upton is a small village, two miles from Southwell, with country walks and a local pub serving freshly prepared food.

Langham House sits at the foot of the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds designated as an area of natural beauty. The cottage has 2 acres of land surrounding it for relaxation, wildlife watching, games and sports, stargazing or simply relaxing. There is car parking for several cars. The cottage has a large dining kitchen, utility room, cosy sitting room with wood burner and 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people. There is 1 bathroom with large shower. Outside you will find ample seating and large BBQ.

Midway between Lincoln & Newark on a quiet small family farm, nestled in a private site in the small village of Norton Disney. With striking countryside views, accommodation is spread across the 1st floor of a converted old barn accessed via an external staircase. The private lodging, with vaulted ceilings is a perfect place to relax & enjoy the area. Within the village is The Green Man, friendly real ale pub & eatery. We can be reached by Car or Rail (Short Cab ride from Newark or Collingham).

The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!
