Church Farm Cottage South Hykeham Lincoln

A spacious open plan cottage set in the boundaries of a 300 year old grade II listed farm house in the peaceful rural village of Old South Hykeham. It comprises a dining area overlooking the garden, lounge area and a luxury king size bed; a well equipped separate kitchenette with combination microwave grill, 2 ring ceramic hob and large fridge with ice box; the modern bathroom compliments the facilities. Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear.
