The Bee Cottage

Welcome to The Bee Cottage! This cozy cottage is nestled in the woods overlooking a beautiful sun-filled meadow situated on 5 private acres adjacent to Mary S. Young Park. In this quiet and pastoral setting you'll see deer wandering in the orchard and on the other side of the meadow are honeybee hives tended to by the host. It’s a separate home with a fully stocked kitchen, an outdoor deck and barbecue great for entertaining just 3 blocks from Cedar Oaks Park/Boat Ramp on the Willamette River.

Enjoy country living in our charming and unique 1890s guest house. Situated on 12 acres in horse country. Great location - 20 minutes to Portland, 25 minutes to Oregon Wine Country, 90 minutes to the coast and five minutes from I-5 and Wilsonville. Bedroom with comfy pillow top queen bed. Breakfast nook with refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. All bedrooms have closets, one bedroom has a desk and chair for a work space if needed. There is a yoga space set up in the garage w/ mat and mirrors that you are welcome to use. High speed internet and a fully fenced in back yard with a covered space, table and chairs for relaxing or entertaining.

This home is in a great location only a 10 minute walk to downtown Lake Oswego where you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shopping. It's also just a five minute walk from the Willamette River, so bring your kayaks and SUPs to explore all that Lake Oswego has to offer, or take a short Uber ride (10 minutes) into downtown Portland. Lastly, the lot is next to one of the oldest homes in Lake Oswego- built when Lake Oswego was known as Sucker Creek

The bedroom has one queen bed and an en suite bathroom. There is a pull-out queen futon in the living room.
