The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. Dreamers hut is a two double bedroom Shepards hut in its own private woodlands. The rooms are cosy with a cottage feel with a wood burning fire inside the living room. Each bedroom is finished to a high standard with woodland views, a luxury double mattress & quality bed linen. Towels and bath robes are provided during your stay. Dreamers hut is in its own private woodlands. It has a 5 person wood burning sauna, outdoor BBQ, firepit, seating area & 5 person hot tub.

We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.

At the end of a wooded lane, through a farm gate, two 1930s cargo rail carriages recovered from the North East Railway have been transformed into cosy retreats at Lockhaugh Farm. Carriage No. 1 is one of four unique rentals, uniquely positioned where Tyne & Wear, County Durham and Northumberland converge. Wild swimming, fishing, cycling and endless walks are just beyond the gate. Star-filled skies, owls, deer and badgers await.
