Luxury Lake House Sauna 1h From NYC

Enjoy the lakefront from my charming home! Fish or Kayak from the private dock or relax on the large deck overlooking the water tucked away on the lake. Boats are included for all guests! Heated bathroom floors, massive TV (86in) + ample lake views. We also have a free Tesla Charger (with an adaptor you can use for other EVs). This is a relaxing retreat tucked away in one of New York's most convenient lakefronts from the city. 20 min to Bear Mountain 35 min to West Point 1 hour to NYC

Little haven by the woods

This is a walk-out basement with two private entrances, and it’s own private outside area. The patio has comfy furniture with a bbq. The kitchen is small, yet efficient with large windows. The bedroom is cozy and comfy with a large smart tv on the wall. The bedroom has a 3/4 wall dividing it from the rest of the apt, but no actual door. So it could be considered a “studio”. We are steps from the trail heads into Blue Mt park. We’re also walking distance to the metro north & downtown.

Art and light filled spacious studio with panoramic views overlooking lake Mahopac perched on a steep hill. A short 5 min walk down the hill to swimming/paddleboarding/canoeing. Walkable to an on-the-lake restaurant/ dining/ takeout options + boba tea! Drivable to farm fresh food markets, restaurants and art museums. Cedar dry Sauna on property for use. Nearby towns and hikes include Fahenstock Park, Pound Ridge, Cold Spring, Beacon, Ridgefield, or walk up the hill to trails of Volz park!

Ten minute drive to Storm King, Dia in Beacon, restaurants on the Hudson River. LOTS of hiking options, wine trails and exploring the Hudson Valley. Woodbury Commons is 10 miles for those who prefer shopping! Happy to help with dinner reservations & help to make your stay memorable! Pet friendly.

Newly built apartment steps from Mohonk preserve.

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

Cabin in the heart of the Hudson Valley, Cabin 2

Our little cabin is perfect for one or two guests for short stays while visiting local family, touring the areas wineries or nature trails, or for a clean, quiet over night stop while traveling long distances. Explore the Shawangunk Wine Trail, hike Minnewaska, sip cider at Angry Orchard, visit The Walkway Over the Hudson, or sample and shop the areas diverse farm stands and breweries. There is so much to see and do in the Hudson Valley and our cabin is close to it all!

Secluded overlook cottage near West Point

This quaint little house trailer is located on a secluded horse farm in the beautiful Hudson Valley only 50 minutes from NYC and less than 10 minutes from West Pt. Situated on a mountain top, this private little space is a nature lovers paradise. Come, recline on the new outdoor deck, relax by the fire pit and hike/explore the forest trails right out the front door.

Modern Country Cottage by Bear Mountain

Wake up feeling rejuvenated in a lofted bedroom beneath a wood-paneled ceiling with skylight windows. Descend a spiral staircase into a warm kitchenette for a cup of coffee, then have a seat in an airy living room beside a brass-plated decorative fireplace. Enjoy a picnic or grill on the front lawn and explore the 4 acres of most authentic Hudson Valley landscape.
