Make yourselves at home in this lovely, privately-owned residence as you attend West Point Academy events and tour scenic Hudson Valley. Build in 1900 and renovated in 2019, this house combines historic charm (original wood floors) with modern conveniences. The home's location is a twelve-minute drive to West Point's Washington Gate and within walking distance to the restaurants and shops of Cornwall. Enjoy 4th of July fireworks and weekly summer concerts with ease relaxing on the front porch!

Little haven by the woods

This is a walk-out basement with two private entrances, and it’s own private outside area. The patio has comfy furniture with a bbq. The kitchen is small, yet efficient with large windows. The bedroom is cozy and comfy with a large smart tv on the wall. The bedroom has a 3/4 wall dividing it from the rest of the apt, but no actual door. So it could be considered a “studio”. We are steps from the trail heads into Blue Mt park. We’re also walking distance to the metro north & downtown.

Nearby towns and hikes include Fahenstock Park, Pound Ridge, Cold Spring, Beacon, Ridgefield, or walk up the hill to trails of Volz park!

Within the house is a cozy one bedroom second floor suite through a private side entrance and up a flight of stairs. Freshly updated with a mix of antique and contemporary furnishings against a backdrop of safe but stylish Farrow & Ball paint colors. This quaint little house trailer is located on a secluded horse farm in the beautiful Hudson Valley only 50 minutes from NYC and less than 10 minutes from West Pt. Situated on a mountain top, this private little space is a nature lovers paradise. Come, recline on the new outdoor deck, relax by the fire pit and hike/explore the forest trails right out the front door.
