Private, peaceful, characterful & cosy with all the modern fixtures for short/long stay. A comfortable super king bed or made up as twin single beds. Suitable for babies and I have a child camp bed. With footpaths from the front door leading to the gorgeous Norfolk coast or to Felbrigg Hall, Fernhill is the perfect base for exploring. Cromer town is only 5 minutes away, with ample amenities.

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. A peaceful getaway for two, we can cater for special occasions on request. It's a great base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.
