Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Alpaca Luxury Lodges - Gardenfield Cabin

Luxury holiday cabin at the foot of Twmbarlwm and the famous Iron aged Hillfort, built discretely into the landscape for a private and relaxing vacation. Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

The Rock Shack!

A uniquely appointed wood cabin sited under mature oak trees in our lovely garden. 3 miles to the West Somerset coast with great walks for you and your dog. The Shack sits under an oak tree and has one lovely room with kitchenette and bathroom. Well insulated so warm in winter and cool in summer. A short drive to Exmoor or the Quantock hills. Meet our dogs, chill on the veranda listening to birds and the nearby river, or stroll to the very local pub for a friendly welcome.

The Orchards Guest Suite.

Our Guest Suite is a private annex with its own access situated in beautiful Mid Devon, where you can come and go as you please. Guests are welcome to enjoy the comforts and facilities provided within peaceful and quiet surroundings backing onto open countryside.This includes safe parking and secure bicycle storage. A continental breakfast is provided too. We have recently installed a EV charger for you to use at at a small cost, relax whilst your EV is charging.

The Orchard Hut- The Perfect Romantic Hideaway

Welcome to The Orchard Hut at Way Farm. Nestled away in the middle of our historic orchard, our hut offers luxurious accommodation with stunning countryside views on the edge of Exmoor. Watch our pedigree cattle grazing in the luscious fields beyond, unwind in the wood fired hot tub under the stars with a glass of locally brewed ale or English fizz or curl up on the cosy bed with a book. However you choose to relax. The Orchard Hut is the perfect place.

Cosy annexe with stunning views in the Quantocks.

A cosy one-room, annexe at the foot of the Quantock hills, an Area of Oustanding Natural Beauty. You'll have the place to yourself, which you can use as a base to explore the surrounding area. There are many stunning walks from the Annexe, or a short 5-10 minute drive from the highest point of the Quantocks. Alternatively, you can relax and enjoy the views on your doorstep. The annexe will be spotlessly clean on arrival.

1 bed self-contained flat rural location nr Exeter

Private 1st floor flat with full kitchen (oven + hob), big shower, large deck. In peaceful rural setting with views of fields, cows and trees, 7 miles from Exeter centre. Range of breakfast items, including eggs from our hens. Comfy kingsize bed. 4 ft sofabed available for 1 or 2 people. Floor mattress and/or travel cot are available. High chair.

Stargazer in country garden

A rustic stargazer where you can fall asleep watching the stars and wake up to the sound of birdsong! A rural spot, far from street lighting, the sky lights up on clear nights. Simple, basic, but unusual accommodation. This is a wooden A-frame structure with enough room for two to sleep in with a mainly glass roof.
