The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

Self-contained oak cabin with double bed, shower and kitchenette. Tucked in amongst the trees on the edge of woodland at the back of our semi-rural property, the cabin has a private deck area with views across the neighbour's field where sheep and horses graze. You may also see deer and rabbits and be serenaded by tawny owls in the evening. Good WiFi. Walking distance of the South of England showground, Wakehurst Place, local pubs and close to Ardingly College. Breakfast included.

Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.
